Cleveland Golf is a golf equipment company with headquarters Huntington Beach, California. The company was founded in 1979 by Roger Cleveland, originally produced replicas of classic golf clubs from the 1940 and 1950. Cleveland now produce a wide range of golf clubs and accessories.
In 1990, Roger Cleveland, sold his company to ski maker Rossignol, which they themselves were purchased by Huntington Beach-based Quiksilver in the summer of 2005. [1] However, in 2007, Quicksilver sold Cleveland Golf, and never compromise subsidiary, which Japan-based SRI Sports Limited, which owns the Dunlop Sport in Japan. Later it was announced that Cleveland Golf operations were consolidated with Srixon, SRI Sports golf mark others. Although both brands will continue, Cleveland would take charge of marketing in North America, with Srixon doing the same in Europe.
